Instructions
Begin by making the pancakes—either follow our buttermilk pancake recipe or use your preferred recipe or box mix.
Once the pancakes are ready, fold them and fill them with a generous scoop of cheesecake mousse.
Finally, top each pancake taco with freshly diced or sliced strawberries and a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
Notes
If you’re using leftover pancakes, simply warm them in the toaster for a few seconds before shaping them into taco shells.
